We offer free specialist mortgage / rent repossession advice, assistance and representation service to the residents of Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire. This service is funded by the Legal Aid Agency.

Representation At Court

If you receive Court papers notifying you that your landlord or lender is claiming possession of your property you can approach us in advance for advice where we can assist you in defending the action.

This service covers all the local Courts - Derby, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Nottingham.

What We Do

We advise, assist and represent clients on:

• Mortgage / Rent arrears
• Orders for Sale
• Eviction / repossession

What We Don't Do

• We do not give advice or provide assistance to mortgage lenders.
