Derby Housing Court Duty Scheme

Representation at court

We provide the Duty Solicitor scheme in Derby County Court. This is a free service funded by the Legal Aid Service and is available to all regardless of income.

What we Do

• This service is there so if you turn up at Derby Court on a Mortgage or Rent arrears related matter without any representation you can approach our members of staff at our duty desk.
• We will speak to you briefly regarding your situation and then one of our trained members of staff will accompany you into the Court to represent you.
